Our residences feature large living areas, spacious and private bedrooms with their own baths and Jacuzzi tubs, spectacular kitchens and custom elegant décor. ◦Concierge Services - even your most outlandish request is our demand. We’ll schedule your tee times, do your laundry and even send a chef over to prepare your breakfast.

◦ Flexible Dates -- schedule your getaways when it suits your schedule. Come for two weeks or be spontaneous for the upcoming weekend! Year round accommodations based on availability and owner points. Occupancy can be yours from 28 - 80 days per year.

        

◦Cottage Carts – Daufuskie Island is a peaceful place where nature and serenity is treasured. There are no cars on the island and as an owner you will enjoy the use of a golf cart while in residence. Scoot over to Jack’s Grille for a quick bite or dash over to the General Store for a bottle of champagne.

◦ Unlimited Championship Golf with 2 rounds per bedroom occupied per day to be enjoyed on two award winning courses while in residence. Greens fees are waived for owners and accompanied guests residing in the owner's cottage on the Nicklaus and Weiskopf golf courses at The Breathe Spa. Member cart fees apply.

◦ Unlimited Tennis -- The Melrose Tennis Center was designed by Stan Smith International and has been awarded the prestigious "Court of the Year" award from Tennis Industry Magazine. Our eight Har-Tru courts are partially shaded by surrounding live oaks and tall pines nearby. Two courts are illuminated for night playing.

◦Member Discounts -- Indulge yourself even more with member discounts while you’re visiting us. Spa services at The Breathe Spa and horseback or pony riding at our Equestrian Facility are yours at a discounted rate.
